Max window size restriction to main monitor

Is there a reason why the window size is restricted to the main monitor resolution?

I recently started using a unique setup, where one machine has 4 portrait monitors (each 1200x1920), and the other has 2 landscape monitors (each 1920x1200).
Remoting back and forth, I am not able to use either without scaling or limited zoom because remoting to the second machine maxes out the window width to 1200 so it is impossible to view even one whole screen in normal scale. Remoting to the first machine would require scrolling for normal scale regardless, but I am not able to use both screens if I "show all monitors" since the window width maxes out to 1920.

This is forcing me to switch to a different remoting tool, which I would not like to do because I love Teamviewer (I've been using it for years).

I've seen this request to remove the max window size on this forum, but I guess no one cared after the "pop out monitor as individual windows" feature showed up.
This max size is strictly enforced so it cannot be overwritten by resizing hacks.
I am left with only one solution, and that is running TeamViewer in a VM with a dynamic resolution.

The max size should be set to the max size of the desktop, not the max size of the default monitor.

My monitors are 1920*1080
I am given the option of 1920*1200 even though it won't fit on my monitor.

I think perhaps your issue is that TV doesn't have the portrait resolutions in their list of options.
What happens if you choose 'don't change' from the list of options in 'Remote Resolution', and scaling at '100%'?

I do not want to change the remote screen resolution. I always keep it as is.
There is no option that changes the window size restriction on the client machine. it always tops out to the main monitor width.

Well no.
It tops out at 1900*1200 which just happens to be your monitor's maximum size.

Have you tried the changes I suggested?
The settings I detail can be accessed via "Computers and contacts' >> select the machine >> right click properties >> Advanced properties

I did try that and it doesn't change anything.

I am trying to expand the window beyond 1920x1200 (minus scroll bar and window frame) to the client machine resolution of 3840x1200, where the remote machine is 4800x1920.
Having a scale to width or height and scroll for the height or width, would help as well.
