when i log into my desktop from my laptop the video is all grainy....

i run some camera software from my desktop... when i log in from my laptop, the video is grainy, pretty much useless. Its like my laptop and desk top arent connecting right.

When I connect to my desktop from my android phone, it looks perfect.

Is there some sort of setting im missing on my laptop so that when i log into my desktop its a crisp and clean pic?

open teamviewer, form the teamviewer window choose
Extras
Options
Video make sure "quality"
is set to the highest possible.
