Help with multiple monitors
« on: December 16, 2013, 12:38:08 PM »
I have been having this problem for awhile now.  I run 3 monitors with several programs running on each screen.  Whenever I log into the computer via teamviewer (on another PC and the iPhone app), it will bunch all my programs into the first monitor.  Any ideas for help?

at what resolution do you make the TV connection to your machine.
'bunching all programs on one screen' seems like a completely new screen redraw to me, as if you were remote desktop connecting from a computer with a different resolution monitor

My resolution on the 3 monitor PC is 1920 x 1080.  The laptop I use is smaller, don't know the exacts right now.  But this happens on my iphone app and any other laptop I have tried.  I will say this never happened until Teamviewer 6 or 7 came out.

I was actually looking for an answer to the same query, needless to say I have the exact same issue and have not been able to find a solution for this.

Thanks

just thinking

If from your laptop, you were to check the 'properties' of a computer in the Computers and contacts list, what is the 'initial monitor' set to?
