Newby with question about "transferring clipboard"??

I have used Teamviewer 9 free version a couple of times to help friends with computer problems.  However the other day I had a problem and don't understand what caused it.  I was working on a friend's computer and suddenly a little window popped up saying "transferring clipboard" and locked up the computer.  I couldn't close it... kept running with a percentage of transfer.  Had to close Teamviewer and start over.  This event has happened twice now and I don't know what is causing it.  Any ideas???  Thanks.   ???

How many users connected to the computer. Was there more than one TV session to the same computer?

Not exactly sure what you mean.  I was the only one connected to the computer with Teamviewer.  I may have had to reboot after some updates.  Do you think that it was still connected to a tech support service via Teamviewer?  Is that what you mean???   I'm confused.  ???
