Hi all!
I'm having a problem with our VPN this past two weeks. I'm always having an error on our server stating
"The IP address lease 7.96.235.226 for the Network Card with network address 00FF5146BE6B has been denied by the DHCP server 7.0.0.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message)."
Our remote computer is connecting via VPN to our mainserver. The remote computer is accessing our program and files. The problem just started last week. When the remote computer ping to our mainserver is connected is stable at 200+ms which was normal since before but how come when this error appears in the event logs our remote computer gets disconnected to our main server?
Our setup for the IP's are
Mainserver is static ip but TV Vpn is DHCP.
Remote computer is static but TV vpn is DHCP.
Hope someone can help me.. We already missed so many work and caused us headache. I already submitted a ticket "[#1303295]: VPN Issue" but the reply is just so slow, with a margin of 1 day reply.
