Alt-Tab out of TV 9 leaves alt-key stuck. Did not happen in TV 8

Been an avid TV user for years. I recently upgraded to TV 9 and it's driving me crazy. I'll be remotely controlling a PC (Windows 8, both machines). I alt-tab out of TV to a program on my local PC... then when I go back into th remote TV session, the alt-key has been stuck down, as if it's being held. If I forget and start typing, everything goes crazy - programs open, windows minimize and maximize, keystrokes are missed, etc...

It's driving me crazy. I've been using TV for years, alt-tabbing out of the window, then alt-tabbing back in, and not until TV 9 was this an issue. It's making it unusable or me (try breaking a habit you've been doing for 5+ years). If I click out of the window, it's fine. If I alt-tab out, the TV session never lets go of the alt-key.

Is there a way to fix this? I've already screamed twice, and threw a notebook across the room because of this

(And no it's not related to 'send key combos' - I dont want to send them, I want alt-tab to send me out of TV)

may want to try posting to their facebook page as well as sending s support ticket.
Let us know what they say if nothing comes up here in the mean time.

I understand the frustration.  
This forum is a direct result of a lacking support system for the users of the free version of Teamviewer.  
I am a teamviewer user who wanted more in terms of help and was suprised when a forum didn't exist, so I took it upon myself to start this user driven support forum. Hope you are able to get a resolution, either here, or from them.  If you DO find it elsewhere please post here so that others may benefit.  Hopefully one day Teamviewer will recognized the value of this forum and have a representative here again ( they did at the very beginning but stopped responding after a period of time).

Oh. Was unaware. I thought this was their official forum. Tho I admit I found it by googling my issue, saw no answer, so posted myself, without actually reading much about the forum.

Bumping this instead of posting again. Just this morning I upgraded to TeamViewer 10 beta and it STILL has the issue.

On my laptop, I teamviewer into a PC at home. I alt tab away from the teamviewer window to something else on my laptop - a chrome window I am referencing for instance.

I alt-tab back to teamviewer, and my remote PC at home has the alt key stuck down.

The alt key is not released on the remote machine until I tap alt 2-3 times.

This never happened before teamviewer 9. And it's on EVERY machine I do this on... from my laptop, desktop, or surface tablet, remote controlling any of those other devices, alt-tabbing out of the tv window leaves alt stuck on the remote machine.

How has this not been addressed or even an issue for anyone? It HAS effected others... I see a few questions when googling the issue. But not a single solution?

Does no one else alt-tab out of a teamviewer window, ever?
