How to enlarge text on remote computer
« on: January 23, 2015, 01:32:58 PM »
Hiya.
When someone calls to ask about our kennel and says, "Can I ask a dumb question?" I reply, "There are no dumb questions.  But you should hear some of our answers!'"
I still probably have a dumb question:
Any way I can enlarge the text, or just magnify the whole screen, when I am working on my desktop computer remotely?  The desktop has a much larger screen than the laptop I'm sitting with, and it's somewhat hard to read, and definitely hard to see the insertion point for my incessant corrections.

Thanks.

Under the view menu item in the top bar, there is a resolution option.
Does that do what you need?

Thanks for replying.
No, that doesn't seem to enlarge print size.  What I've thought of today and am trying, is the zoom feature in both the browser and mail View drop-downs.  That will entail an extra step here and there, but will probably solve the problem.
