Hello,

I have came across  problem that I don't know how to fix. I don't know if this has effected any other users.

I recently used my account on two separate laptops, both running Windows (One on XP and the other Windows 7). I used the Audio facility and could send audio using the microphone from one laptop to another.

A short time later I tried to do the same using my Macbook Pro. When the audio option is selected Team Viewer states "Please connect a microphone"... It appears that it is unable to detect or access the Macbook's internal microphone.

Has anyone else had this problem or knows a work around? I have changed the settings from default to use internal however the 'Apply' box is greyed out leaving these options unable to be applied.

Thanks, Gary.

I am having the exact same problem, it's incredibly frustrating. I have tried uninstalling TeamViewer, restarting my Macbook, and even connecting an external microphone and it just will not recognise it! The microphone works perfectly on every other application I have used and yet TeamViewer just refuses to acknowledge any microphone's existence. Very occasionally, after several reconnects I can use the microphone, but some days it's just not possible. Any advice on this would be extremely helpful, it's driving me insane!
