How to setup a permanent password on TV Android? Allow remote control?

Occasionally I want to help family & friends on theire remote computer.

If they are sitting in front of a windows computer then they can read a one-time connection password and tell it me through telephone.
Even better I can setup a permanent password for always access their computer.

However I do not find such corresponding onetime password  or forever-password setup in Android (=v5.0.2) teamviewer (=v10-02.2712).

Where is it (exactly)?

Is it possible at all?

Do I need a TV account to allow remote control? In win-based TV there is no need for such a TV account.
