Customised MSI Install

Hi all,

Just a quick question we have a customised MSI correctly named which pulls down the settings from teamviewer on install, but what i was hoping was a way of being able to do this process offline - a number of our machines are proxied and for some reason these ones do not pull down the config along with the MSI (even though teamviewer connect fine after)

If its not possible to install a customised msi offline what if it we need to free up on the proxy server to ensure these machines pull down the full package with settings as required?
