No remote access window or option.

Hi. Just starts learning how to use TeamViewer. So far so good until I logging into my other Android tv box.

I have two different Android TV boxes. I'm able to log into both of them without no problems at all. I'm using a Mac.

But when I log into one of my tv boxes and the dashboard pops up. I have remote access option at all.

Only options I have are File Transfer at the top left. And top center I only have Dashboard - Apps - Processes - Settings (which only has Wi-Fi under name in Settings)

My other box logs right into the remote access window and I can control all options on my television screen through my Mac.
