No Connection to partner

Hello,

Today i receive the errror when i try to connect to my remote machine.
yesterday i tested to take over the computer with teamviewer in my local lan at home and this was working fine (both on laptop and android phone)

Today i left the laptop at home.
i see that the laptop is running in my teamviewer but when i try to connect it says:

No Connection to patner!
Partner did not connect to router.
error code: waitforconnectfailed

This morning i took over the pc for 5 minutes. after that the connection dropped. and i receive above error.

I get that error message frequently from a machine that uses a VPN. Becuase it's IP address changes when it powers up, it seems to really confuse Teamviewer. Half the time it works and the other half I get the same messages are you are getting. Unfortunately the only way to get it working is to reboot the target PC. So..I will be very interested to see what answers you get to your question..

In my case functioned with ip fixed;
