Horrible Crash: Not Ready Check your connection message

Hello
I have been trying to find a solution to this. We have some TV 11 licenses recently purchased. Everything was great until only at my PC I started to have this "Not Ready, Check your connection" error message. TV frezes, then it crashes, every single time no matter what:
-Shutting off anti virus
-Putting exceptions at fire wall or disabling fire wall
-Running as admin
-Running compatibility mode
-Full uninstall with Revo uninstaller: all key reg are erased every time.

The most I can tell is that TV service won't start properly. The ticket service people sent me an exe file to gather information. They just told me to open some ports bla bla bla. All my ports are open, many people is working with TV at the company so which could be the problem? Do you guys know people with same issue and found a fix?

I'm really desperate here!
Windows 10 x64 ultimate edition here. The Lan card is the typical Realtek one. All drivers up to date.... :(

Running W7 and TV11 for quite a while now, but suddenly the same issue happened to me.
My solution is a downgrade to TV10 until someone fix the problem.

 

anything
