UPDATE:

It just "started" working... no rhyme or reason. I will admit, I uninstalled Bitdefender "free" and installed the paid "Total security" version. This would make sense if when I was using TV11 yesterday it wouldn't work.  ???

********************************************************
I was prompted to upgrade this morning to the latest version this morning (TeamViewer 11 v. 11.0.64630). After I did, I get the message "The meeting could not be established. Please check your Internet connection". I tried uninstalling, cleaning the registry and re-installing; it still does not work. When I check the log files, within the first few entries it says:

AsioSettings::FindExternalIP: found 0 external IPs instead of 1!
2016/08/18 11:40:31.374  5248  5264  0   UpdateOnlineState newOnlineValue 0
2016/08/18 11:40:31.374  5248  5264  0!  AsioSettings::FindExternalIP: found 0 external IPs instead of 1!

I reset everything, modems, switches, computers, etc. Still will not connect.

Downgraded to TV 10 and no problems, it starts right up. The problem with that is I use this (free) to chat with my Dad a few times a week. Of course, his is working with the latest revision, when he tries to join a presentation he gets a message saying my TV is incompatible with his. I can't take control of his machine (which I have to do now and then) to downgrade him...

BTW, all internet connections, etc. all work perfectly and nothing has changed on my machine other than the latest update to TV11.

Any help or suggestions are welcome.

Mike T.

P.S. I should have mentioned, this on an i7, Windows 7 x64, 32G ram, SSD drives, etc....
