teamviewer free does not allow connections to customized host module

This has probably been asked a dozen times but it's not coming up in search. I was accessing a PC on a network just fine. All of a sudden now I am getting:

"teamviewer free does not allow connections to customized host module"

This is followed by a disconnect after 5 mins. How do I adjust this back to the "basic" version so my connection stays enabled?
