Cannot get access using web interface

I sometimes need to access my home computer from work, so I have Teamviewer installed on the home computer with unattended access. I am not permitted to install apps on the computers where I work, so I always use the Teamviewer web interface. Starting yesterday it does not connect. I am able to log in to my account, then tell it use the web interface, and it gets past the "authenticating" message, then it just sits there with a blank white screen. I've tried it on 3 different computers running Windows 10, tried Internet Explorer and Edge on all of them.

Any ideas?

I am thinking now that last week I reinstalled Windows on my home computer, and I had to re install Teamviewer over the weekend. It is only since that reinstall that I have been unable to connect. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TV again as a test, did not help.

I did try connecting to this home computer from a friend's house, using the Teamviewer application instead of the web client. When I do that I connect without any problems. So it is only the unattended access using the web client that does not work.

Also, I had my wife look at the screen on my home computer while I am trying to connect from work using the web client, and it does seems to partially connect. The desktop wallpaper goes to black, and the Teamviewer app slides out from the lower right, saying there is a connection in progress. But on the browser I am trying to connect from, it says "authentication required" then all I see is a white page.

I just found your thread - sadly after posting a similar topic.

I have the exact same problem since one week. Any solution so far?

I'm having the problem as well. I'm wondering if it could be due to the recent Adobe flashplayer update, since TV uses flash to display the remote screen in the browser.

The desktop client is working fine, but the web client doesn't work on 2 separate TV accounts for any of the computers on either account.
