Access time

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum, but an old TeamViewer user.
I use it mainly for personal use (family and friends), but since this morning whenever I connect to one of my friends computer or to one of my computer located remotely, I am rejected after a short time of use (+/- 6 minutes). Does someone know how to solve this issue
