Upgrad to 12 Problem

I have upgraded some computers running XP operating systems with teamviewer 12
If I try to "wake" the computers a screen blue appears with the toolbar at the top of the screen which does not react to any command, also the taskbar is missing from the bottom of the screen meaning that I cannot switch off the computer
If the computer is switched on manually I can connect with no problems
my problem is not being able to access any remote computer that is not already switched on
this has only happened after upgrading to version 12
