..as I have tried on my own and can't get it right.
My sister and I both have Fire Tablet 7" which I have added Google Playstore to both.
I then added the TeamViewer App 12 to my tablet, and helped my sis add the TV Quicksupport app to hers.
When I put in her ID, she can see my fingers touch her screen on the Fire, but all I see on mine is garbled colors.
I will be glad to add any info you may need to help me. Also, I have been using Teamviewer for about 3 years from my laptop to her PC with no issues at all. I did notice that when we tried to connect the first time, the time before she could see my fingers, or something on her screen, that I somehow got allowed back on her PC instead of the Fire. She has the same user ID I see.
I'm sorry if this sounds confused but it's because I am.
