HandleConnectTimeout
« on: June 05, 2017, 02:09:12 PM »
It has been at least 3 weeks since I managed to have teamviewer working

From a different machine in a different ISP in Greece I am getting:

Code: [Select]
No connection to partner!

Partner did not connect to router.

Error Code: WaitforConnectFailed

In the log file I get

Code: [Select]
2017/06/05 23:19:58.095 14564 14524 S0   Activating Router carrier
2017/06/05 23:19:58.095 14564 14524 S0   CommandHandlerRouting[80]::CreatePassiveSession(): incoming session via server23307.teamviewer.com, protocol Tcp
2017/06/05 23:20:03.144 14564 11208 S0   CTcpConnectionBase[81]::HandleConnectTimeout(). Connect timed out to server23307.teamviewer.com:5938
2017/06/05 23:20:03.144 14564 14860 S0!! CommandHandlerRouting[80]::HandleConnectPassive(): connect failed!
2017/06/05 23:20:03.144 14564 14860 S0!! CCreateClassicSession::CreatePassiveSession: router connection failed
2017/06/05 23:20:24.707  6972  2976 H32  notepad++.exe: dll can unload now
2017/06/05 23:23:04.708 15092 15472 H64  notepad.exe: dll can unload now

Funny that the text editor I am using are having entries in the log file...
Google Chrome Remote Desktop works just fine.
I tried: reinstalling, restarting the service (windows), port forwarding.
The chat works, the remote desktop connection no, and the file transfer no.

any ideas?

I think I found a hint:

if I ping server23307.teamviewer.com from the problematic machine with ISP OTE it times out
if I ping server23307.teamviewer.com from a machine with ISP Wind it works

I will call the ISP and see
